Marcello, come here!

Poor Sylvia/Anita Ekberg, soaked in the fountain waiting for her Marcello. “Marcello, Marcello, come here!” But where is he?

In occasion of the 100th anniversary of Federico Fellini’s birth, we want to celebrate our Maestro’s love for jokes and irony, which even earned him the scorn of the Church on the opening of La Dolce Vita, 60 years ago.

Acclaimed by many, criticized by mainly the most conservatist fringes of the Catholic Church, La Dolce Vita was a success and still is one of the Maestro’s most beloved films.

We paid homage to this and other Fellini’s works in Felliniana. Enjoy!
