INFO

“The catharsis of the show manifests itself through the intersectional approach that has been adopted; an intimate and autobiographical journey that leads the audience to reflect on the concept of identity.”
TROVA ROMA – Italy

GENDER GAMES is a concert/show that constructs its own aesthetic language by focusing on the continuous and cross-cutting dialogue between different expressive languages: the body and music.
This original work sees MARGÓ PACIOTTI taking to the stage in collaboration with an exceptional musician: H.E.R. An intimate, autobiographical, but at the same time universal, journey of reflection on identity. An emotional voyage through light and shade, which transforms the body/object into meaning.
Tearing down the boundaries between genres using a cross-cutting musical approach: from baroque to electronic music, from rock to pop.
This interplay of genres is musical, narrative and performative. The various levels involved follow one another closely, with one constantly subverting the next, giving rise to an extraordinarily pop-style show, which “speaks” to and dialogues with a variety of audiences, digging down and touching the psyche of each member of the public.
